JOB TITLE: Lead Generation Specialist

REPORTS TO: Conception Director

DEPARTMENT: Business

LIAISON WITH: Management, Conception Team Members and Customers

The Lead Generation Specialist role is telephone-based working on behalf of a variety of engineering and manufacturing companies, helping these businesses attract and qualify potential customers. 

The main duties of the position are:

• Work closely with Lead Generation clients to develop an understanding of the client’s business, products or projects such that they are able to conduct a basic technical conversation with potential customers.
• Be a confident and capable communicator. Very confident talking with prospective clients over the telephone.
• Be data driven able to produce, collate and analyse reports using the MS Office package
• Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, other shareholders, and clients.
• Generate enquiries (leads) for the client’s business.
• Generate enquiries (leads) for, and on behalf of Conception Marketing Ltd.
• Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace.

Hours: Part time between 20 – 25 hours per week.

Salary dependant on experience.
